Deep Space Devices Trigonaut Octave Glitch/Stutter Overdrive
The Trigonaut is an overdrive pedal with octave glitch/stutter capabilities where the octaves perform the glitch/stutter effect.
Gravitational ripples have been discovered near Earth’s immediate constellations. Through telescopic imaging, we calculated the arrival of what is now known as the Trigonaut. Having only landed on the Earth days ago, this three-headed behemoth has already gathered the attention of doomsday cults, which have built altars of worship begging to be devoured by our alien visitor. Our attempts to name the beast have accommodated the multitudinous array of heads as we have individually named them: Bite, Gnaw, and Crunch.
After extensive testing, a new device has been created to harness the voyager through frequency calibration. This fallen star may be the missing piece that allows humanity to exist beyond Earth. By utilizing its cosmic power, regeneration capabilities, and time-traveling technology, the Trigonaut is now considered the peak of evolutionary technology. Do you seek to control the Trigonaut, Voyager of Constellations or do you hope to aimlessly worship the fallen void? With an extensive array of tonal options, you can compete in the intergalactic warfare for control of our reality and realm.
Turns the effect on and off. Orange LED indicates whether Bypass is on or off.
Allows the octave glitch/stutter to become present in your mix. Purple LED indicates whether Consume is on or off.
When held down, the glitch/stutter effect becomes present but at max level.
Controls the output of drive/effect.
Controls presence of your clean gain tone and acts as a limiter of the output of effect.
With consume off, Reign acts as a subtle low-mid tone control. With consume on, Reign controls the presence of the octave glitch/stutter effect. Having Reign fully to the left will give you a “middle ground” of the effect. As you turn the knob to the right, it increases the presence of the octave glitch/stutter.
Boosts bass presence when toggle is in the up position.
In the down position, gives a leveled drive output. In the up position, it gives a higher frequency output.
In the down position, the effect will be set to stutter. The stutter effect rapidly switches your signal on/off and slows down the longer the note is held. In the up position, the effect will be set to glitch. With the effect, the octaves go into a sporadic array. The octaves will play downward to lower octaves starting from the initial position. The stutter/glitch effect reacts with each toggle position of Bite/Gnaw/Crunch.
More treble and mid focused output of drive.
More mid focused output of drive.
More mid and bass focused of drive. Each position interacts with the stutter/glitch effect differently. In the bite position, you’ll experience a more sporadic factor of the stutter/glitch. In the gnaw position, the stutter will be at a slower and choppy rate with consume on. In the crunch position, it acts like the gnaw position but less choppy.
